Episoden is looking for Welcome Guides to help new users smoothly onboard and adapt to our community!
As a Welcome Guide, you will conduct onboarding sessions and assist new members in understanding and integrating into Episoden.
We are shifting from an interview-based selection process to a more user-friendly welcome session.
Your role is to introduce Episoden’s culture in an approachable way and ensure that new users feel comfortable joining our community.
• Conduct welcome sessions: Guide new users through Episoden’s introduction and onboarding process
• Ensure policy compliance: Identify and take action against users who violate community guidelines
• Detect multiple accounts: Check for duplicate accounts and notify the operations team
• Report and document cases
• Someone who enjoys engaging with users and leading natural conversations
• Able to communicate in English
• Familiar with Episoden’s community guidelines and able to enforce them
• Available to conduct welcome sessions on a regular basis
• Must be available for at least two months
• Must follow community guidelines and collaborate with the operations team when needed
• Must be able to handle multiple account detection and policy enforcement during sessions
• Submit a short introduction and explain why you’re interested in this role
• Specify your available working hours
